The advantage of such an elastic belt over bottle holders is that the weight is distributed around your hips, so there is no bouncing weight or sloshing. You easily forget that you are carrying up to 16 oz. (4x4) of fluid in the four flasks.
There is a handy velcro-ed key pocket at the front for small flat items, like ID, money, Ibuprofin and even a key.
These flasks will fit the belts and carriers sold by many other brands, like Ultimate Directions, Lava belt, TNi and Fuelbelt, which use a similar 4oz (140ml) flask (size 51x38x108 mm). These are not the larger flat 6-7 oz. flasks you find on some Ultimate, Ironman Fuelbelt and TNi belts.
The belts are sized in 10cm increments. This table below shows you the actual end-to-end length of the belt, so you need to subtract the length of velcro 13cm where the front pocket is to arrive at the actual circumference to pick the size that is smaller than your actual waist size (pant size). i.e.; if you have a 34" waist the L belt would not fit tightly enough, since it is already 87cm (34.4 inches) unstretched. The M size would be the correct choice. The XL belt can easily stretch to a waist of 139.7 cm (55 inches), so this means the belts can stretch 40% or more from their unstretched length.
